Telecom API Developer Portal

A CAMARA-standard developer portal for discovering, trying, and integrating telecom network APIs. Owned end-to-end.

Problem. Too much friction between finding an API and a first successful call. Trust and time-to-value were the real barriers. Approach. Mapped an 11-stage developer journey and designed a sandbox-first model: try before you commit. Research. Running discovery interviews with target users, with validation testing planned to gather direct feedback. Alignment. Driving cross-team systematic thinking, using the authentication login theme as a shared design-system foundation that aligns multiple teams on consistent patterns.

Enterprise SSO Self-Service

Self-service SAML single sign-on configuration: a guided three-step flow that removes support from the loop.

Problem. SSO setup was manual and support-heavy, but SAML config is unforgiving. Approach. A Configure → Test → Enable progression, so the connection is validated before it goes live. Outcome. Usability tested to zero critical issues before launch.

Fraud-Prevention Platform

MVP design strategy for a fraud-prevention SaaS, organized around use cases rather than features.

Problem. A feature-organized product made users hunt for relevance. Fraud teams think in scenarios. Approach.Restructured the IA around use cases and solution paths, unifying dashboard and API docs. Outcome. An MVP aimed at landing new enterprise logos, with design in from requirements onward.

I'm a product designer based in Brussels, leading design on a telecom API platform and working across a wider B2B portfolio. My background runs from software development into design, which is why I'm at home in technical problem spaces and translating them into something usable.

I care about clarity, beauty, and meaning in equal measure. Away from the screen I paint abstract landscapes, take photographs, garden, and run. All feed the same attention to composition and detail.
